PALCO Systems has developed a patent pending Cradle Lift™ technology for the transfer of non-ambulatory individuals. PALCO Systems has a series of products in development that utilize Cradle Lift™ technology. They will specifically address the needs of the acute care, nursing care, homecare and bariatric markets. PALCO Systems products will provide universal interfacing with most care platforms that are associated with activities of daily living. They are designed to be intuitively simple to use. In most cases, the complete transfer process will require only one caregiver. The speed of the transfer and ergonomic force levels make the process fast, safe, and comfortable for both the care recipient and the caregiver.

Products that assist in the transfer of non-ambulatory individuals are generally considered medical equipment. In the US, they are considered Class 1 medical products and subject to FDA regulations. In Europe and Asia, they are often considered medical products and subject to regulation. PALCO Systems technology is designed to comply with government regulations in the various markets.
